Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
Procure medical, surgical, pharmacy, housekeeping, engineering and general items.
Obtain quotations, compare rates and negotiate with vendors.
Develop and maintain approved vendor relationships.
Ensure timely availability of critical hospital materials.
Coordinate with Stores, Pharmacy, OT, ICU, Biomedical and other departments.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, pending orders and purchase costs.
Maintain PR, PO, quotation comparison and vendor records.
Ensure procurement compliance and support NABH requirements.
Prepare purchase reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
