- Solid Veeva Vault RIM configuration experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in configuring Veeva RIM Vault
- Ability to handle config changes + enhancements
- Experience in support + hypercare
- Knowledge of:
- Change management processes
- Documentation standards
- Ticket analysis (L2/L3)
- Capability to drive complex custom config requests
- Root cause identification and resolution of configuration issues
- Capability of interacting with client stakeholders
- Optional : awareness of SDK integrations
