Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer / Team Lead Project Management to manage and execute engineering projects involving food processing, machinery, production lines and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from planning, execution, installation to commissioning.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Vendors and Customers.
- Manage equipment/machinery installation, erection and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality and deliverables.
- Handle vendor coordination and resolve project execution issues.
- Coordinate with customers/clients for project updates, requirements and site activities.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Support Greenfield / Brownfield / CAPEX projects.




- Ensure timely project completion as per customer requirements.

Required Skills

- 8-15 years of experience in Project Management / Project Engineering / Project Execution.
- Experience in Food Processing / Bakery / FMCG / Food Machinery / Process Machinery / Packaging Machinery / Industrial Automation / Capital Equipment.
- Strong experience in installation, commissioning and project execution.
- Good understanding of engineering, manufacturing and equipment projects.
- Experience in vendor and customer coordination.
- Solid project planning, execution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.
