Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer observability and monitoring requirements.
-Understand the existing monitoring landscape and identify gaps.
-Design solutions covering APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Distributed Tracing, Synthetic, RUM, Kubernetes and Cloud Monitoring.
-Conduct product demonstrations and support POC/POV activities.
-Prepare technical responses for RFP/RFI requirements and compliance matrices.
-Support observability solution sizing, licensing/BOM and estimation.
-Prepare solution architecture, technical proposals, Scope of Work and implementation approaches.
-Work with Sales, Solution Architects, OEM teams and Delivery teams during customer engagements.
-Present technical capabilities, use cases and solution benets to customers.




Required Skills
-Good knowledge of Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana,
-Prometheus and/or OpenTelemetry.
-Strong understanding of APM, Logs, Metrics, Traces, Infrastructure,Cloud and Kubernetes ,Observability.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, demos, POCs, RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals.
-Understanding of solution sizing, licensing/BOM and implementation estimation.
-Robust communication, presentation and customer-facing skills.
