Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Research potential clients, candidates, industries, and market opportunities.
- Support the Business Development team in client outreach, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and relationship management.
- Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with the relevant team members.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate and client databases, trackers, and recruitment/BD reports.
- Follow up with prospective clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication and timely closure.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, job postings, and other business/recruitment-related documents.
- Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly business development and recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, hiring requirements, and potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and hiring needs.




- Take initiative to improve lead generation, candidate sourcing, and overall recruitment processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with clients and candidates over calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior exposure to Business Development, Recruitment, HR, Sales, or Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
