Drive branch sales and achieve monthly business targets, Manage dealers, customers and channel partners, Drive customer acquisition, loan sourcing, and vehicle delivery coordination, Lead collection activities and ensure timely repayments.

Required Candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus, 3–6 years of experience in sales, collections, retail lending, NBFC, or vehicle financing • Experience in 3W/EV or automotive financing is preferred.
