Responsibilities
- Handle MCA filings - MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC and ROC compliance
- Manage board meeting documentation and statutory registers
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI and labour law compliance for clients
- Senior: Lead compliance advisory for high-value clients, manage regulatory correspondence
Qualifications
- CS / LLB / B.Com + LLB; ICSI membership preferred
- Robust knowledge of Companies Act 2013, LLP Act, GST, FEMA
- Experience with MCA21 portal
- TRACES
- GST portal
- Meticulous, deadline-driven with high attention to detail
