- Identify EHS gaps and ensure actions as appropriate to overcome
- For Implementing and sustaining procedures as per EHS guidelines
- For driving lab EHS KPIs through active involvement
- Plan and ensure timely execution of EHS meeting.
- Train, develop and evaluate as per safety guidelines
- Coordinate to execution planned EHS trainings in at Site.
- Suggest and motivate people to increase their alertness level for safety
- Support to maintain the RCMS and all EHS related documents
- Continuously monitor the safety culture through BBSO/ yellow cards and support implementation of A-PMA safety initiatives.
- Legal Compliance related to EHS.
