- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Identify recent business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services to customers.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, BPO sales, or telesales industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken) for effective customer interaction.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets through cold calling and lead generation techniques.
