A senior, technology-oriented Delivery Manager with 12 - 18 years of experience, strong leadership of 250+ member engineering teams, global/GCC delivery exposure, preferably within Banking/Payments, and a strong understanding of Java/Full Stack, Cloud, AI/GenAI and Data technologies. The candidate should demonstrate proven ownership of large-scale programs, globally distributed teams, client relationships, delivery governance, talent management and operational excellence.

Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing globally distributed engineering and project teams for international clients

Delivery Management

Experience managing implementation and support projects with accountability for SLA, budget, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction
