Role Overview & Requirements

- Job Title: Sr Manager MEP
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
- Experience: 1015+ years of experience in construction or real estate projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing MEP works.
- Preferred Background: Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution: Lead planning and execution, review/approve MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specs, coordinate with architects and consultants, and ensure timelines are met.
2. Design & Technical Management: Review HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, and ELV systems designs, ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations, and provide technical guidance.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management: Finalize contractors and suppliers, evaluate technical proposals, and monitor performance and installation quality.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance:



Ensure MEP installations meet statutory regulations and quality standards through site inspections, audits, and safety procedures.
5. Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and monitor project budgets, optimize costs via value engineering, track expenses, and approve bills.
6. Testing & Commissioning: Oversee system testing, commissioning, handover, and ensure documentation/as-built drawings are completed.
7. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and assign tasks to the MEP engineering team, monitor performance, and conduct regular coordination meetings.
