Role Summary:
This role involves hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, including configuration, support, and implementation activities. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure smooth project delivery.

What Youll Do:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules such as Project Costing, Billing, Management, Contracts, and Resource Management
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional documentation
- Conduct project setup, budgeting, financial plans, forecasting, and project performance monitoring
- Collaborate with related modules (Payables, Fixed Assets, Receivables, Payroll, General Ledger)
- Handle RICE components: gather requirements, create functional specs, coordinate with technical teams, and perform functional unit testing




- Participate across implementation and support lifecycles including CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, troubleshooting, and Oracle Support SRs
- Deliver end-user training and maintain strong documentation

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules
- Experience with project setup, business units, legal entities, ledgers, templates, and organization structures
- Knowledge of project budgeting, financial plans, forecasting, baselines, budget revisions, and monitoring
- Strong skills with Functional Setup Manager (FSM), requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis
- Exposure to RICE components and ability to create functional specifications
- Experience with implementation and support activities (CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, troubleshooting)
- Robust communication, documentation, and end-user training skills
