Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and responsible Telecalling Executive who can call students, explain our training programs, and guide them through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for convincing students and converting inquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students
- Explain course details and training programs
- Handle student queries and provide guidance
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads
- Convert interested students into admissions
- Update student information in CRM

Requirements

- Female candidate preferred
- Strong Hindi communication skills (English is an advantage)
- Telecalling / counselling experience preferred
- Valuable convincing and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and counsel students
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Positive attitude and confidence
