Role Summary:
Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM solutioning and delivery for construction and capital project clients. Engage directly with business stakeholders to translate construction project lifecycle needs into Oracle PPM functional designs and drive design decisions independently.

What Youll Do:
- Lead workshops with construction industry stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Translate construction business processes into Oracle PPM functional designs
- Drive fit-gap analysis and own functional solution architecture
- Present solution options to client stakeholders and document requirements/designs (BRD, FDD, SDD)
- Configure Oracle PPM modules for Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and capital project accounting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and construction project stage-gate workflows
- Act as functional SME/lead on Oracle PPM workstreams within ERP/EPC transformation programs
- Lead CRP sessions, SIT/UAT test scripts, and cutover planning
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversion
- Provide post-go-live support and quarterly release impact assessments
- Build trusted relationships with client project controls and finance leadership
- Mentor junior functional consultants on Oracle PPM and construction domain

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):




- 10+ years experience in Oracle Applications, with 5+ years on Oracle PPM (Fusion Cloud PPM or EBS PPM with current Cloud experience)
- Proven delivery of Oracle PPM for construction, EPC, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries
- Demonstrated ability to independently gather requirements and drive functional solution design
- Solid configuration experience across Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and ideally Project Financial Planning
- Working knowledge of construction financial concepts: job costing, advance/recovery, retention/retainage billing, change order management, WIP schedules, POC revenue recognition
- Experience with capital project accounting and CIP-to-asset capitalization
- Exposure to schedule-to-cost integration concepts
- Experience authoring BRDs/FDDs and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders
- Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations, including at least one for a construction/EPC client
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; workshop facilitation and client engagement

- Oracle Cloud PPM Certified Implementation Specialist (Project Financial Management / Project Management)
- PMP / PGMP certification
- Construction-specific certifications (e.g., CCIFP - Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional)
- Experience with Oracle Textura
- Experience with Oracle Grants Management
