- Responsible for Production function of Crankcase lines in Machine Shop as per S OP plan in Kagal plant.
- Knowledge of machining process, CNC programming, cutting tools ,Quality adherence etc.
- Effective utilization of equipment, resources manpower.
- Handling daily production related issues, customer complaints.
- Monitoring implementation of best practices like 5S, Kaizen, Quality circle, Six Sigma, etc.
- Planning and arranging cross functional meetings for periodic review of line performance.
- Work with supporting departments to resolve day today issues.
