Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer, you will be the creative all-rounder of our design team. Youll work on real client projects across logos, brand identities, packaging, social media, vector graphics, image manipulation, and website visuals, taking each one from the first brief to final print-ready and web-ready files. Youll work closely with our UI/UX designer: they own how products work, and you own how brands look everywhere. We are being very selective for this role. Were looking for one designer who raises the standard of the whole team: someone fast, precise, deeply skilled, and trusted to run a project without being chased.

Who You Are

- Rapid, without being careless: You work at the pace of a growing agency, juggle several client projects in a day, and still deliver work thats ready to send.
- Precise: Spellings, color codes, dimensions, bleed, and file formats are right the first time. You review your own work before anyone else has to.
- Highly productive: You know Photoshop and Illustrator inside out, use shortcuts, actions, reusable assets, and smart workflows (including AI tools where they genuinely save time), and get more done in a day than most.
- Knowledgeable: You can explain why a design works, and you know the practical rules too: print specs, social media sizes, e-commerce image guidelines, and file formats for every use.
- Organised: Your layers are named, your folders follow a system, and your exports are versioned. Anyone on the team can open your files and continue the work instantly.
- An owner: Give you a brief and you take it all the way to final delivery with minimal guidance. You ask the right questions early and flag problems before they become delays.
- Adaptable: Priorities shift and clients change direction. You stay calm, adjust quickly, and keep quality high.

Key Skills

- Expert-level Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, retouching, compositing, and photorealistic product mockups
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and composition, so your work holds up without relying on templates
- Proven range across brand, packaging, social media, and web visuals, with the ability to switch styles to match very different brands
- Ability to design logos and complete brand identities from scratch, including color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines
- Experience designing packaging (boxes, labels, pouches) on supplied dielines
- Solid print production knowledge: CMYK vs RGB, bleed, safe areas, Pantone, outlined fonts, and preparing print-ready files
- Ability to adapt one design cleanly across every format it needs, from print sizes to social media ratios to website layouts
- Original creative thinking: you bring ideas and directions, not just execution

Good to Have Skills

- Working knowledge of Figma for website and landing page visuals
- Experience with Adobe InDesign for brand guides, catalogues, and multi-page documents
- Illustration skills (hand-drawn or digital vector illustration)
- Experience creating Amazon or e-commerce listing images and infographics
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie)
- Experience working directly with printing vendors or manufacturers
- Prior agency, freelance, or Upwork experience with international clients

Key Responsibilities

- Design logos, logo variations, and complete brand identity kits, including brand guidelines
- Design packaging artwork for boxes, labels, and pouches, and prepare accurate print-ready files on dielines
- Create social media posts, banners, ads, and marketing materials




- Recreate and clean up logos and artwork as true vector files
- Perform image manipulation, retouching, compositing, and realistic product mockups
- Design visual assets for websites and landing pages, working alongside the UI/UX designer
- Own every assigned project from brief to final delivery: concepts, refinements, final polish, and export
- Run a final quality check on every deliverable (text, colors, sizes, formats) before it goes to a client
- Keep every projects source files, folders, and exports organised to our team standard
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and meet every committed deadline
- Present concepts clearly to the team and turn feedback into revisions quickly
- Keep learning and bring new tools, techniques, and ideas that help the team work better and faster

Selection Process

1. Portfolio and application review
2. A short, timed practical design task based on a real-world brief. We review the creativity of the result, how quickly and accurately you delivered it, and how organised your source files are.
3. Interview with the design team and founders

Commitment

A service bond of 8 months is applicable in accordance with company policy.

Eligibility

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across at least 3 design categories (for example: logo/branding, packaging, social media, image manipulation)
