We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including Internal Job Postings (IJP), Campus Hiring, and Lateral Hiring.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- Effectively utilize key sourcing channels and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Leverage social media platforms, employee referrals, and other creative methods to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Experience with campus hiring and internship process
- Foster robust relationships with stakeholders across regions, both internal and external.
- Demonstrate proficiency in recruitment ATS systems (preferably Workday).

QUALIFICATION





- Any Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus).
- PROFESSIONAL EXPEREINCE

- Drive sourcing strategies across Employee Referrals, IJPs, and Campus Hiring, while staying updated on current talent acquisition trends.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal and cross-cultural connections.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to present with impact and credibility.
- Deliver on agreed hiring targets and meet SLAs.
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed and remain compliant with organizational standards.
