2. To Reply to email?s received from Patient?s, Clients & Marketing Persons, regarding reports, test queries , etc.

3. To Clarify TRF?s which are given by Accession & other departments, For the following details pertaining to all requests:

- Patient demographics.

- Details of referring physician or client.

- Details of ordered tests (verify with Ampath test codes in LIS / Lab Manual).

- Specifications of the type of sample and time of collection.

- To Maintain the outsourced sent samples register & filing the reports.

- To Inform critical values to the concerned client?s & patients.

- To maintain critical value file in controlled copy.

- To Keep TAT mail?s for all VIP clients.

- To Reply to current test query mails raised by clients & marketing persons.





- To promptly inform the relevant departments and ensure that the reports are released on time for any urgent samples.

- To Maintain files for Add on test & test cancellations.

- To Assist lab staff in trouble shooting on LIS issues in collaboration with IT support staff.

- To answer the telephone and pass message to appropriate staff.

- To Comply with all policies and procedures.

- To Maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other patient/clinical data.

- To Maintain clean and professional work area.

- To bring matters of concern to the attention of the Lab Director.
