Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and communication.
- Qualify prospects and convert conversations into appointments and sales opportunities.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Explain project/product benefits and effectively handle customer objections.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and nurture leads through different stages of the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/appointment targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call reports and sales updates in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and establish trust.
- Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and feedback.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, BPO Sales or similar sales roles.
- Experience handling cold calling and lead generation.
- Robust verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Strong sales orientation and a proven target-achievement mindset.
- Ability to work with high-volume leads and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong follow-up, time-management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive and resilient attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
