The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and employee relations while supporting the organization's business and growth objectives. The ideal candidate should have solid people-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in managing HR functions in a growing organization.
