Job Summary

Location: Kolkata. Area of Operation: East Frontline Customer Engagement. Act as primary customer-facing leader for strategic accounts. Conduct techno-commercial discussions, solution presentations, and demonstrations. Understand customer energy optimization, digitalization, and automation needs. Identify and develop current business opportunities in industrial, utility, infrastructure, and commercial segments. Own order booking, revenue growth, and market expansion targets.

Responsibilities

- Act as primary customer-facing leader for strategic accounts
- Conduct techno-commercial discussions, solution presentations, and demonstrations
- Understand customer energy optimization, digitalization, and automation needs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, utility, infrastructure, and commercial segments
- Own order booking, revenue growth, and market expansion targets
- Spec-in Activities: Work closely with Business Development team for incorporating Lauritz Knudsen EMS/PMS specifications in upcoming Tenders.
- Query Handling & training of BD team for Spec-in of IoT & Digital solution with focus on software solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with Digital & branch team for understanding customer satisfaction for existing EMS /PMS installations, take corrective action,



share inputs with Product Management & create a bank of performance certificate.
- Solution Positioning & Consulting: Translate customer requirements into integrated digital energy solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams for customized EMS/PMS architecture
- Support bid management, tendering, and technical compliance
- Channel & Ecosystem Development: Develop ecosystem of consultants, EPC contractors, panel builders, and system integrators
- Enable partner-driven sales growth across regions
- Need to work on capability building of Channel partners like ISP/ASC & MSP & business generation
- Market Intelligence & Competition Mapping: Track competitors in EMS, PMS, automation, and metering space. Provide insights on pricing, technology trends, and customer expectations

Qualifications

- B.E/ B.Tech - Electrical
- Experience: 8-12
- Location: Kolkata
