Job Description:

Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited (MOHFL) is hiring Relationship Managers for its Home Loan business. The role involves sourcing Home Loan customers through direct sales, builder relationships, DSA channels, connectors, and market references while achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source Home Loan business through direct sales and channel partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, and customers.
• Generate quality leads and achieve loan sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain Home Loan products.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintain portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
• Track local market opportunities and competitor activities.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of Home Loan / Mortgage Sales experience.
• Experience in Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Banks, NBFCs, or Mortgage Sales is mandatory.




• Strong understanding of Home Loan sourcing and customer acquisition.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Local market knowledge preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates currently working with Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, Affordable Housing Finance Companies, or Mortgage Sales organizations.
• Candidates with an existing network of builders, brokers, and DSAs will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
