Role & responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PCMCS solutions, including model design, rule configuration, and performance optimization.
- Architect complex allocation models for multi-dimensional profitability analysis (e.g., product, customer, geography).
- Define metadata structures, hierarchies, and dimensional mappings aligned with business needs.

Integration & Data Strategy

- Oversee integration of PCMCS with Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.
- Design and manage data pipelines using Data Management tools (e.g., FDMEE, Data Integration).
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and reconciliation across systems.

Client Engagement & Advisory

- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive decision-making.
- Provide strategic guidance on cost modeling, profitability analysis, and financial transformation initiatives.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and post-go-live support.

Team Leadership & Mentoring





- Mentor junior consultants and analysts on PCMCS best practices and project delivery.
- Review deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
