Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Software Engineer / Lead AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications and platforms.
The ideal candidate should have solid software engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Python, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and scalable distributed systems.
This role is suitable for an experienced engineer who can independently take AI solutions from architecture and proof-of-concept through production deployment and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI-powered software applications.
- Build and integrate LLM-based applications and AI agents.
- Develop production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Work with LLM APIs and open-source models.
- Design prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Develop AI agents capable of tool/function calling and multi-step workflows.
- Build APIs and backend services for AI applications.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
- Design scalable data pipelines for AI/ML applications.
- Implement vector search and semantic search solutions.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, accuracy, scalability, and cost.
- Work with engineering teams to integrate AI into production systems.
- Develop automated testing and evaluation frameworks for AI applications.
- Monitor AI applications in production and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Maintain security, privacy, reliability, and responsible AI practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
