- Event Programming & Execution (SMB Focus): Organize and lead end-to-end delivery of 60-80+ physical events annually including roadshows, roundtables, summits, and digital engagements tailored to local markets. Curate agendas, secure speakers, manage invites, and oversee Googles presence at key industry expos, including booth planning, registration, and on-ground lead capture.
- Global-to-Local Program Adaptation: Go beyond straightforward translation to tactically localize global marketing programs, content, creative, and presentations for each markets audience and business drivers, working closely with regional teams, agencies, and vendors to prevent execution missteps.
- Demand Gen Operations & Reporting: Own operational execution across lead capture, routing, tagging, and data hygiene, ensuring every lead meet compliance standards and flows into the right systems (eg, Vector, Salesforce) for accurate tracking. Provide post-event reporting and campaign-code tagging to support pipeline attribution, not just activity logs.




- Agency & Vendor Liaison: Brief external agencies on creative and production requirements, review deliverables for quality and brand consistency, and coordinate timelines and approvals across internal teams and external partners from booth design to registration to event branding.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the on-ground point of contact for all event stakeholders, aligning partners, ISVs, accelerators, incubators, and other ecosystem players on joint go-to-market initiatives. Use performance data and relationship credibility to keep internal and external stakeholders accountable to shared campaign goals.
