- Must have:

- Delivered direct material cost reduction through design change — a named part, a named change, a rupee or percentage figure
- Owned a design change end to end: proposal, feasibility, DVP and validation, EN release, implementation; Must have run a structured DTV / VAVE / teardown programme on a product BOM
- DFMEA, GD&T;, tolerance stack-ups, engineering change management

- Strong plus: off-highway, agricultural equipment or commercial vehicle programmes • teardown and competitor benchmarking • Tractor OEM is a robust plus
- Important:

- Hoshiarpur, five days a week on site. Delhi based also should work but the resource should be comfortable to work/travel to Hoshiarpur
- 12-month contract, extendable by six. Notice 30 days preferred; above 60 not considered.
