Job Summary

The Project Manager PEB is responsible for overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of pre-engineered building projects. The role involves managing design coordination, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site erection while ensuring timelines, budget, quality, and safety requirements are met.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of PEB projects from order to handover.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with design, detailing, procurement, and fabrication teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Oversee site activities including structure erection, alignment, and cladding.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage client communication, meetings, and reporting.
- Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Ensure timely material dispatch and site availability.




- Review and approve drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
- Maintain proper project documentation and reporting (DPR, MIS, etc.).
- Ensure smooth project handover and closure.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of PEB / structural steel projects.
- Project planning and scheduling skills (MS Project / Primavera preferred).
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Cost control and budget management understanding.
