Job Title: TAG Leader - IT Staffing

Minimum: 3+ years in India IT recruitment (mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a strong TAG Recruiter from an IT Staffing / IT Services background who has hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment across India.

The ideal candidate should have deep sourcing capability, strong screening expertise, and proven experience hiring across niche and mainstream technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and references

- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates

- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding

- Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups

- Maintain robust candidate pipeline for active and passive hiring

- Ensure SLA and TAT adherence

- Maintain accurate recruitment tracker and reports

Technologies Exposure (Must Have Worked On)

- Java / .NET / Python

- Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Data Engineering / Analytics





- SAP / ERP

- Salesforce

- DevOps / Infra

- Testing / Automation

Mandatory Criteria

- Minimum 4 years total technical recruitment experience

- Minimum 3+ years recent India IT hiring experience

- No major career gaps

- At least 1+ year stability in one organization

- Pure IT staffing / IT services background only

- Strong understanding of IT skill stacks

Not Suitable For

- US staffing only experience

- Non-IT recruitment

- HR generalist background

- Product-based company-only recruitment

- Internship-heavy profiles

Preferred Background

Candidates from IT staffing / consulting firms such as:
Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, EPAM, etc
