We are hiring a Graphic Designer who can turn marketing ideas into designs that get noticed. You will create social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, brochures, logos and brand guidelines for clients across many industries. We use AI design tools to move faster, for example to explore concepts, extend backgrounds, create mock-ups and produce size variations, and we expect you to use them confidently while bringing the taste, typography and layout skills that AI cannot replace.

Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, carousels, ad creatives and banners for client campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, logos and brand identity material.
- Use AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop generative fill, Canva AI or Midjourney to explore ideas and speed up production.
- Adapt designs to every platform size and format.
- Work with the social media,



ads and video teams on campaign visuals.
- Keep brand guidelines consistent for each client.
- Prepare print-ready and web-ready files.

Requirements

- 1+ year of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva and Figma are a plus.
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour and layout.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and design tools, with an eye for when results look generic.
- Creative thinking for marketing and ad creatives.
- Able to handle feedback and several projects at once.
- Basic video or motion design skills are a plus.
