Job Summary

We're hiring a Technical Lead - Frontend (ReactJS) for our client, a B2B SaaS company. As the Technical Lead - Frontend (ReactJS), your responsibilities would be:

Responsibilities

- Leading the design, development, and architecture of scalable frontend applications using ReactJS.
- Mentoring and supporting frontend engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and performance development.
- Collaborating with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Driving sprint planning, technical estimations, and the quality, performance, and delivery of mission-critical web products.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in frontend development, including 4-5 years leading engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Router, and micro-frontend architecture.




- Solid understanding of state management, responsive UI development, and frontend performance optimization.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes), modern build tools, and frontend testing frameworks.
- Experience designing Web and Mobile SDKs.
- Proven track record building and scaling SaaS or enterprise applications in Agile environments.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
