- Create safety culture at the plant by continuous monitoring of health & safety situation and training of people in the plant and guarantee accident-free working setting.
- No of people trained in first aid, fire fighting etc., and level attained by them in training.
- Robust & transparent system for capturing every incident or accident in the plant
- LTAR
- NDL
- Drive OHSAS and EMS in Chennai plant and guarantee 100% compliance of Chennai plant processes with the standards requirements
- Maintaining OHSAS 18001 certification
- Maintaining ISO 14001 certification
- Drive internal & external audits & CAPA on an ongoing basis
- Guarantee 100% compliance with all legal and statutory requirements related to Chennai plant operations
- Updated legal compliance register
- Follow-ups and driving all internal & external parties to comply with legal reqmts
- Manage Energy performance
- MRM, IA, Energy coordination.
