Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate learning through Montessori materials and purposeful, hands-on activities.
- Support learning across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies.
- Observe and respond to children's individual developmental needs, interests, and readiness.
- Foster independence, self-discipline, problem-solving, fine-motor skills, and social-emotional development.
- Maintain an orderly, inclusive, and thoughtfully prepared Montessori workplace.
- Document children's progress, learning journeys, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support holistic child development.





Qualifications & Competencies

- Montessori Diploma/Certification from a recognised institution teaching qualification preferred.
- Sound understanding of Montessori philosophy, pedagogy, and materials.
- Strong observation, communication, classroom facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Warm, patient, respectful, and child-responsive approach.
- Prior Montessori experience preferred.
