Role Description

Will be responsible for carrying out electrical assembly, wiring, integration, electromechanical integration activities as per approved drawings, work instructions. Read and follow wiring diagrams, cable drawings etc

Desired Experience

ITI or Diploma 45 years with specialization in Electrical qualification.
Electrical assembly, wiring, crimping and continuity testing.
Candidate have a valid IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification should not be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical wiring, cable harness assembly, crimping, soldering, and connector termination as per approved drawings and work instructions.
Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, cable drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs
Perform electrical integration and box-up activities for systems, units, and assemblies.
Conduct continuity, resistance, polarity, voltage, and other electrical checks using appropriate test equipment.
Troubleshoot wiring, connector, power supply, and electrical integration-related issues.
Ensure proper wire routing, dressing, ferruling, labeling, shielding, grounding, and termination.
Ensure cable and harness workmanship complies with IPC/WHMA-A-620 requirements.




Support PCB and unit-level testing and assist in identifying electrical/hardware issues
Coordinate with Testing, Design, Quality, and Stores teams for production-related issues.
Identify material shortages, drawing discrepancies, and assembly issues and escalate them to the concerned team.
Perform rework and modifications as per approved instructions.
Maintain production records, checklists, inspection reports, and work completion status.
Guide junior technicians in wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting activities.
Follow ESD, FOD, 5S, safety, and quality requirements.
Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in electrical wiring and cable harness assembly.
Valuable knowledge of electrical/electronic components and basic troubleshooting.
Proficient in using a digital multimeter and other electrical test equipment.
Good understanding of electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
Hands-on experience in crimping, soldering, connector assembly, and cable termination.
Good knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet production schedules.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
