Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Engineer Interior with 1520 years of relevant experience in interior execution and project management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling large-scale residential/commercial interior projects, site execution, contractor management, quality control, and project coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that interior projects are executed as per approved designs, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise end-to-end interior project execution from site preparation through completion and handover.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely completion within approved schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, design teams, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Review and interpret architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure proper execution at site.
- Monitor civil and interior finishing works, including flooring, false ceiling, partitions, wall finishes, joinery, doors, painting, fixtures, and other finishing activities.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors,



including manpower planning, productivity monitoring, and work allocation.
- Track project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports for management.
- Identify project delays, technical issues, and site constraints and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
- Review material samples, mock-ups, shop drawings, and method statements before execution.
- Monitor project quantities, measurements, material consumption, and wastage.
- Ensure proper coordination between various trades to avoid rework and execution conflicts.
- Conduct snagging, de-snagging, testing, and final inspection before project handover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, statutory requirements, and HSE standards.
- Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, reports, and records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.




- 15–20 years of relevant experience in interior execution/project engineering.
- Strong experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale interior projects.
- Excellent knowledge of interior finishing works, construction methodologies, and site execution.
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Positive knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
- Strong project planning, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects within strict timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong exposure to premium/high-end interior projects.
- Proven experience in independently handling large projects or multiple project packages.
- Excellent site execution and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- A hands-on approach to project execution and problem resolution.
- Experience working with reputed real estate, construction, interior, or EPC organizations.

Experience: 15–20 Years Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction / Interior Fit-Out / EPC / Hospitality Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil/Interior/Construction or relevant qualification
