Position: Procurement Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a procurement analyst with 25 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP MM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. This is an analytical procurement role and not a purely transactional role.

Key Responsibilities

- Support procurement and strategic sourcing activities.
- Manage procurement transactions, vendor information, and purchasing data in SAP MM.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel (Power BI/Macros preferred).
- Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to support procurement operations.
- Maintain procurement master data and ensure policy compliance.




- Resolve procurement-related issues and support sourcing initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
- SAP MM (Mandatory).
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Power BI and/or Excel Macros.
- Procurement reporting and data analysis.
- Experience in a shared services or multinational environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
