Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Encompass Administrator to oversee configuration, workflow optimization, and day-to-day management of our Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

About the Role

In this role, you will manage the full administration of the Encompass LOS platform, ensuring smooth operations, accurate configurations, and effective workflows. You ll partner with business users, developers, and operations teams to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and uphold system integrity across the mortgage lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Encompass settings, personas, user roles, and security controls.





- Manage business rules, milestone workflows, automation, and other LOS operational components.

- Provide user support through troubleshooting, training, and guidance on system best practices.

- Oversee updates, patches, releases, and platform maintenance activities.

- Maintain and optimize loan templates, custom fields, and form structures.

- Collaborate with developers to support custom features, enhancements, and integrations.

Qualifications

Required

- 9+ years of hands-on Encompass administration experience.

- Deep understanding of Encompass workflows, personas, and business rules.

- Strong problem-solving ability with proven experience troubleshooting user and system issues.

- Familiarity with loan origination processes and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

- Encompass Administrator certification.

- Mortgage industry background (processing, LOA, or underwriting support).
