Role Summary

Working in the Customer Experience AI Cluster, you will work closely with engineers, data scientists, product teams and experts to build high-quality scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

As an Engineer in the Platform squad, you will contribute to the design and development on the current platform as we look to develop the next-generation of conversational experiences on the Sprinklr platform, enabling intelligent, personalised, and scalable interactions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the design and development of AI-enabled conversational solutions using the Sprinklr platform.
- Configure, customise, and extend Sprinklr Conversational AI, workflow automation, and Smart Response capabilities.
- Support the integration of Sprinklr with enterprise services, APIs,



and existing contact-centre technologies.

Software Engineering & Delivery

- Contribute to technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and version control activities.
- Support testing activities, including test case creation, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
- Support and enhance the deployment processes, including deployment to production which typically takes place out-of-hours.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

- Work closely with Senior Engineers, Product Owners, and AI Specialists to deliver high-quality features.
