Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Support

- Assist senior engineers in daily engineering and operational activities.
- Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering projects.
- Prepare technical documents, reports, drawings, and work instructions.
- Conduct inspections and monitor equipment, machinery, and process performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.

Production & Process Improvement

- Monitor production processes and help ensure operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve departmental objectives.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and engineering procedures.
- Participate in quality inspections, audits, and corrective action activities.




- Follow safety regulations and promote a protected working environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to engineering activities.

Project Coordination

- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments as required.
- Track project progress and update supervisors on assigned tasks.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
