We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with robust experience in FTE/Permanent hiring and prior experience working on Deloitte client requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, technical sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and offer closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for FTE/Permanent IT positions.
- Work on technical requirements for the Deloitte client.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Coordinate technical and client interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout, and offer acceptance.
- Follow up with candidates during the notice period and ensure successful joining.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, stakeholders, and client teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
Required Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in FTE / Permanent Hiring.
- Prior experience working on Deloitte client requirements is mandatory.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical profiles.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong candidate communication and negotiation skills.
- Good stakeholder/client coordination skills.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates who have worked specifically on Deloitte requirements will be preferred.
- Experience with Deloitte USI / Deloitte Consulting is an added advantage.
- Candidates from Senior Associate / Consultant level are preferred.
- Strong experience in permanent/FTE hiring .
