We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to lead our Finance function and oversee accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, financial controls, and overall financial discipline across the organisation and its associated entities.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing end-to-end finance operations, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting, along with the ability to lead and mentor a finance team.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage annual departmental budgets in consultation with Department and Regional Heads, with a focus on cost optimisation and profitability.
- Oversee the timely preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the Head Office and associated companies.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance and filings , including TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESI, Income Tax, ROC and RBI requirements.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with organisational policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements .
- Plan and monitor CAPEX expenditure to maximise utilisation and business value.
- Establish and implement robust processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of accounting activities.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve Finance & Accounting SOPs, policies and guidelines .
- Establish effective internal audit and financial control processes and coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Monitor financial discipline across departments and profit centres and provide financial reports and insights to management for decision-making.




- Identify opportunities for cost control, process improvement and operational efficiency .
- Ensure timely completion of audits and statutory returns across all entities.
- Lead, train, mentor and support the Finance & Accounts team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management and business teams on financial planning, budgeting and strategic financial decisions .

Requirements

Technical Skill

- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, Income Tax, ROC and RBI compliance
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Audit and internal financial controls
- CAPEX planning and cost optimisation
- Financial analysis and management reporting
- Process and SOP development
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple entities / associated companies will be an advantage.
- Strong experience in statutory compliance, audits, budgeting and financial reporting is preferred.
