Hiring Advocate/CS with 3–5 yrs experience in IBC, NCLT & litigation, preferably from a real estate developer. Solid legal drafting, real estate law, case management & coordination skills. Practical IBC exposure is essential.

Required Candidate profile

Handle IBC/NCLT matters, litigation, legal drafting, real estate disputes, case coordination, legal research, documentation, compliance, and provide legal support to management.
