Roles Responsibilities

- Design and develop customer communication templates using SmartCOMM.
- Create and maintain correspondence for letters, statements, policies, invoices, notices, and customer communications.
- Configure document composition, formatting, and content management solutions.
- Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications and backend systems.
- Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and document generation processes.
- Perform template enhancements, defects fixing, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
- Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and customer communication standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides.
