Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing - Develop and execute sales strategies to promote bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, bio-fungicides, plant growth promoters, and micronutrients.
Farmer & Dealer Engagement - Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers to ensure effective product adoption.
Market Expansion - Identify recent business opportunities in your designated Western Maharashtra HQ region.
Product Knowledge & Training - Educate farmers and dealers on the benefits of sustainable agriculture solutions.
Sales Target Achievement - Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company s market leadership.
