Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Control Panel & Electrical Wiring Technician responsible for electrical panel assembly, control panel wiring, machine wiring, and installation of electrical components as per electrical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control panel drawings.
- Perform control panel wiring and electrical wiring as per drawings and standards.
- Assemble and install electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, terminal blocks, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, etc.
- Perform panel dressing, cable routing, ferruling, crimping, and termination.
- Carry out machine electrical wiring and field wiring.
- Identify and troubleshoot wiring and electrical faults.
- Test panels and electrical circuits for proper operation and safety.
- Ensure proper earthing and cable termination.




- Use electrical hand tools and testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and the production team during panel assembly, testing, and installation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of control panel wiring and industrial electrical wiring.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical components and their applications.
- Valuable understanding of cable sizing, termination, ferruling, and crimping.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, VFD, sensors, and control circuits is an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualification

- ITI Electrician / Electrical Trade preferred.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be an advantage.
- Relevant hands-on experience in control panel wiring or industrial electrical wiring.

Experience

15 years of relevant experience in control panel wiring, electrical panel assembly, machine wiring, or industrial electrical work.
