Education Qualification: An Engineering professional with experience in IP Planning, Portfolio Administration, Patent Operations, Governance, Digitalization, and Business Support activities, with strong capability in managing IP portfolios, budgets, systems, analytics, maintenance, audits, competency development, and process excellence to enable effective protection, commercialization, and administration of TVS Motor's intellectual property assets.

Required Experience: 12-18 years of experience

Job Purpose- To safeguard and maximize the value of TVS Motor Company's intellectual property assets by leading IP licensing, litigation, invalidation, and monetization initiatives.

Role Description

- Drive IP-led business growth and profitability by enabling licensing, monetization, litigation support, and cost optimization of IP assets.
- Protect TVSM business from IP risks by supporting IP audits, SEP assessment, due diligence, compliance activities, and competitor IP analysis.
- Support to maintain strong IP systems through dashboards, repositories, SOPs, digital tools, evidence management, and process standardization.
- Create commercialization and licensing opportunities by supporting and identifying valuable IP assets,



licensing prospects, and business-enabling IP strategies.
- Support global product and technology expansion through IP intelligence, in-licensing activities, and management of IP-related business requirements.
- Supporting legal defensibility and IP readiness by maintaining evidence repositories, agreement databases, benchmarking libraries, and litigation-support information.
- Lead planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting for LLM activities to ensure effective execution, resource utilization, and management visibility.
- Drive digitalization and continuous improvement by implementing AI-enabled tools, feature mapping systems, workflows, and data-driven decision-making platforms.
- Develop organizational IP capability through training, learning programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering an IP-aware culture across RD and business teams.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management by coordinating with RD, Legal, Business, Finance, consultants, vendors, associates, and external partners to achieve IP and business objectives.
