Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be capable of developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The candidate will work closely with designers, backend developers, product managers, and other team members to build and maintain up-to-date web solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize MongoDB databases and Mongoose schemas.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices using JWT and other appropriate techniques.
- Write clean,



maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Perform code reviews and follow Git-based development and branching practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
- Stay updated with modern JavaScript, React, Node.js, and web development technologies.
