As a Digital product Manager,/ project manager youll oversee multiple projects, manage stakeholders, and develop strategic solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Program Delivery: Manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, business teams, enabling functions, business PODs and external partners.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute program strategies, aligning with business objectives and driving growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Navigate ambiguity and complexity, developing creative solutions to drive program success.
- Communication: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented: Drive programs to closure,

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in program management, preferably in an enterprise setting
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (not a must,though, high agency and ownership is a non negotiable).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with multiple stakeholders
- Solid leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS excel, word and power point, JIRA and confluence).
