Role & responsibilities

- Design and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for building projects.
- Prepare and review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Monitor electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other building services.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Check material requirements, quantities, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.
- Prepare inspection reports, progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Identify system issues and provide effective technical and maintenance solutions.
