Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Structure campaigns effectively including audience targeting, funnel segmentation, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences to improve performance
- Set up and manage tracking systems including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs
- Generate periodic performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify current growth opportunities across platforms
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI across campaigns
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and performance marketing trends

Requirements

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads




- Experience with campaign structuring including audience targeting, funnel segmentation, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Experience setting up tracking systems including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
