Job Title: Virtual Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers remotely to promote products or services, build relationships, and close sales. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a digital/remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, inbound inquiries, and CRM tools.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to build long-term customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.




- Accurately update and manage sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to optimize the sales process.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, tele sales, or customer service (virtual/remote sales experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, video conferencing tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships virtually.

Education & Experience:

- Graduate /MBA
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a virtual/remote setting.
